Rafa joined the TYG team in 2022 after a successful Mortgage Banking career expanding over 20 years. The Richmond Area has been home to Rafa and his wife, Wendy, since they met while attending Randolph-Macon College in Ashland. Rafa’s experience in the mortgage business has exposed him to different sales and purchasing scenarios. He leverages this experience to avoid possible pitfalls in the Real Estate process. He understands the value of client experience and prides himself in going above and beyond.When Rafa is not busy working with clients, he enjoys supporting his sons’ high school activities including athletics as well as playing tennis and golf.
